The sleeping area has a luxurious 2-person box-spring bed. Every apartment also has a spacious bathroom with a double sink, rain shower and separate toilet. Of course all apartments have free fibre-optic Wi-Fi. H-Parks offers a range of great additional services, such as a gym and laundry facilities.

Hilversum H-Park
H-Park is a brand new residential and business complex on the Oude Amersfoortseweg in Hilversum. There are 36 fully furnished apartments and 33 unfurnished apartments in a remarkable and inspiring location in the heart of The Netherlands. H-Park is a place that feels both industrial and creative. This is no surprise because it was once a factory that made Nivea products, but it has also been an arts college.
The location is absolutely ideal. And there is a comfortable lounge in the complex, but also a gym (so no more excuses of using bad weather to skip the gym). H-Park is situated in a large park, which is a great place to spend those sunny days. It’s located in a tree-lined residential area with a supermarket around the corner. Hilversum’s bustling city centre with its many restaurants and bars is really easy to get to and public transport is close by. It’s a 5-minute walk to Hilversum Sportpark train station, and it’s half an hour on the train to Amsterdam and only 15 minutes to Utrecht.
If you arrive by car there is on-site parking. But to encourage people to leave the car at home, H-Park will offer paid car- and bike sharing services. You can book these electric cars and rental bikes online using a convenient app.
