Frequently asked questions

How can I book an apartment?

You can book a studio or apartment quickly and simply via our website. Do you prefer personal communication or advice? Then please contact us by email or by phone.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

You can check-in between 15:00 and 18:00 hours on the day of arrival. At your request, it is possible to check-in at a different time.

The check-out time for Hilversum City Apartments is 11:00 hours.

What is the check-in procedure?

You must make an appointment for check-in. You can do this by email or by giving us a call.  At check-in, we will explain all you need to know about the apartment or studio, hand you the keycard and complete the payment (if needed).

How can I pay?

You can pay with Pin/Maestro or Creditcard (AMEX, Visa and MC). We don't accept cash. Do you prefer to make an advanced payment by bank transfer? Please, contact us about this.

What are the cancellation conditions?

You can cancel a reservation up to 14 days before arrival. After these 14 days, we will charge maximally 7 nights. (conditions can be different depending on booking source), during your stay there will be a 14 days notice, as long as it is not a non refundable booking.

How many people can stay in a studio?

The maximum room occupancy of our studios is two adults.

Where can I park my car?

Parking (paid and secured) is possible on site, you do need to make a reservation.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

Are the studios and apartments fully furnished and equipped?

All short-stay studios and apartments are completely furnished and have their own kitchen and bathroom with toilet and shower.

The longstay apartments at "H-Park I am staying" are unfurnished (however including curtains).

Do you offer a discount when staying for a longer period?

We do, please get in touch!

Will the apartment be cleaned during my stay?

For the short-stay units we will provide a weekly cleaning service.
