The apartments are approximately 80m2 in size. The apartments feature a living area with seating and dining area and a modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and oven/microwave combo. There is a separate bedroom which is furnished with a luxurious double box spring bed. Additionally, each apartment has a spacious bathroom with double sink, rain shower, and a separate toilet. Of course, we offer free Wi-Fi through a fiber optic connection.

H-Park is a brand new residential and business complex on the Oude Amersfoortseweg in Hilversum. There are 36 fully furnished apartments and 33 unfurnished apartments in a remarkable and inspiring location in the heart of The Netherlands. H-Park is a place that feels both industrial and creative. This is no surprise because it was once a factory that made Nivea products, but it has also been an arts college.

The location is absolutely ideal. And there is a comfortable lounge in the complex. H-Park is situated in a large park, which is a great place to spend those sunny days. It’s located in a tree-lined residential area with a supermarket around the corner. Hilversum’s bustling city centre with its many restaurants and bars is really easy to get to and public transport is close by. It’s a 5-minute walk to Hilversum Sportpark train station, and it’s half an hour on the train to Amsterdam and only 15 minutes to Utrecht.
