H-Park Apartment

Stylish 1-bedroom short-stay apartments, fully furnished with all modern comforts. Available for rent for a minimum of 3 nights and a maximum of 2 people.

The H-Park apartments are around 80m2 in size. The apartments include a living space with a sitting/dining area and a modern kitchen with a dishwasher and a combination oven/microwave. There is a separate bedroom with a luxurious 2-person box-spring bed. Every apartment also has a spacious bathroom with a double sink, rain shower and separate toilet. Of course all apartments have free fibre-optic Wi-Fi. H-Parks offers a range of great additional services, such as a fexible workspace and laundry facilities.

H-Park is a brand new residential and business complex on the Oude Amersfoortseweg in Hilversum. There are 36 fully furnished apartments and 33 unfurnished apartments in a remarkable and inspiring location in the heart of The Netherlands. H-Park is a place that feels both industrial and creative. This is no surprise because it was once a factory that made Nivea products, but it has also been an arts college.

The location is absolutely ideal. And there is a comfortable lounge in the complex.. H-Park is situated in a large park, which is a great place to spend those sunny days. It’s located in a tree-lined residential area with a supermarket around the corner. Hilversum’s bustling city centre with its many restaurants and bars is really easy to get to and public transport is close by. It’s a 5-minute walk to Hilversum Sportpark train station, and it’s half an hour on the train to Amsterdam and only 15 minutes to Utrecht.

If you arrive by car there is on-site parking.

H-Park I'm Staying

Modern apartments and studios to live in permanently. H-Park ‘I’m Staying’ options are unfurnished apartments and studios supplied with curtains and flooring. They are between 35m2 and 85m2 in size.

Note: These are temporary photos of the current situation to give you an impression.

Rental rates will be calculated according to the size of the studio or apartment. They are unfurnished but include flooring, curtains, and kitchen and bathroom fit-outs. But the furnishing and decoration is entirely up to you.
